These delicious chops are found frozen in our meat department, the recipe used on the chops in the pictured in the thumbnail is as follows:
Vianda Mint chops
(12 neck chops (listed as chops))
|Dried Mint leaves
White wine vinegar
White Wine vinegar
Make Marinade sauce by combining all ingredients in a bowl, once stirred, pour over the meat and let sit for about four or five hours.
Pan Sear Quickly and then cook over low heat (I seared in a cast iron pan and then put the chops in an electric pan to finish)
Mix up the mint sauce by combining all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until thick.
Drizzle sauce over cooked meat and serve
