Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your item(s) to ship through Canada Post.
Items must have their original labels attached and be unused or unworn to be returned. Defective items will be evaluated and replaced if the defect was in the manufacturing. Moth damage is not replaced, we are very diligent about pest control here. Request for replacement or refund must be within 9 months of purchase.
Tour Cancellation & Rescheduling
We do our best to provide everyone with a quality tour, but we do realize that circumstances can change.
Tours will be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, illness, or injury. Notification of cancellations must be received at least 12 hours in advance, except in weather related instances. Cancellation with a full refund will only happen if a new date cannot be scheduled. A $20 service charge will be applied.
Please call us as soon as possible if you require any changes to your trip.
